Data Dictionary<\/span><\/p>

  • Asset ID<\/span> - Identification number of the asset, independent of the ESRI assigned Object ID<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Status<\/span> - Whether the asset currently exists in the field or is only a historical feature<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Street 1<\/span> - One of the streets of the intersection<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Street 2<\/span> - Second street of the intersection<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Full Address<\/span> - Full address of the intersection (used in the occasional script, popups and/or labeling)<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Intersection ID (text)<\/span> - Id number of the intersection, referenced by multiple other layers, text format (allows certain analysis)<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Intersection ID (numeric)<\/span> - Id number of the intersection, referenced by multiple other layers, numeric format (allows certain analysis)<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Locked Cabinet<\/span> - Was the cabinet locked at last inspection<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Owner<\/span> - Identity of the organization that has ownership over the asset<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Maintained by<\/span> - Identity of the organization that has jurisdiction over the asset<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Agreements<\/span> - Agreements that may pertain to ownership, maintenance, or jurisdiction of the asset in question<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Comments <\/span>- text field for recording additional information about the asset<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Signal Type<\/span> - Type of signal at this intersection (traffic, hawk, etc..)<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Locked Date (oldest)<\/span> - Date of earliest locking of the J box on record (if applicable)<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Locked Date 2<\/span> - Date of next most recent locking of the J box on record (if applicable) <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Locked Date 3<\/span> - Date of next most recent locking of the J box on record (if applicable) <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Locked Date 4 (newest)<\/span> - Date of most recent locking of the J box on record (if applicable)<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>
